Notes for Oral Presentations

The categories of oral presentation include: plenary lectures (40 min. including discussions), keynote lectures (30 min. including discussions), invited talks (20 min. including discussions), and contributed oral presentations (15 min. including discussions). Each meeting room comes equipped with a computer, LCD projector and screen. The computers are configured with Microsoft Windows Operating System. We suggest that you bring your presentation files in thumb drives and upload to the computers before the start of your session. If you are using your own laptop or tablet (either MAC or PC based) please bring your own VGA adapter cable.

Notes for Poster Presentations

Prepare your Poster

Each presenter is provided with a 2.4 meter high by 1 meter wide poster board that is marked with the allocated ID.

Poster Size should be no larger than A0 (Portrait) size (841mm width x 1189mm height). Mounting materials will be provided.

Printing of Poster

All printing of posters must be done before the start of conference.

Set Up Your Poster / Give Your Presentation

Your poster must be on display from 1100 – 2030 hours on the scheduled day and presenters should be available during the scheduled interactive hours.
